Dr. Michelle Stevens is a pediatrician, speaker, and health equity advocate who has devoted her career to uplifting children and families. Her work spans clinical pediatrics, integrated behavioral health, school partnerships, and designing culturally grounded programs that center Black families and historically underserved communities.

She has led innovations in group well-child care, supported school districts with equity-focused programs, and served as a consultant for clinics, community organizations, and early-stage health ventures. Grounded in compassion, collaboration, and justice, Dr. Stevens believes every child deserves to grow within systems that honor their humanity.
